The rules for using Mirror.
By connecting a wallet or using Mirror you agree to these terms. Please read them, along with the risk disclosure.

1. What Mirror is
Mirror ("Mirror", "we", "us") is non-custodial software that lets you view public Hyperliquid wallets and automatically mirror their trades into your own Hyperliquid account. Mirror is not an exchange, broker, investment adviser, or fund. We never hold your funds. Your assets and positions stay on Hyperliquid, under your own wallet.
2. Who can use Mirror
To use Mirror you must:
- be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract;
- not be located in, resident in, or a citizen of any jurisdiction on our restricted countries list;
- not be on any sanctions list, or owned or controlled by someone who is;
- be permitted to use Hyperliquid under Hyperliquid's own terms.
You must not use a VPN or any other method to get around these restrictions. We may block access or stop serving any wallet we believe breaks them.
3. Your wallet and trading key
You connect your own wallet and approve a Hyperliquid trading key (an "agent wallet") that can place and cancel orders on your account but cannot withdraw or transfer funds. The key is created and stored in your browser. You are responsible for keeping your device, browser, and wallet secure. See what the trading key can and can't do.
4. Copy trading
You choose which wallets to copy, how much to allocate, and which risk limits to apply. Mirror scales and submits orders on your behalf according to those settings. You are responsible for every order placed from your account, including mirrored orders.
Copied wallets have not agreed to be copied and owe you nothing. Rankings, charts, and statistics are information, not recommendations. Mirrored orders can be delayed, filled at different prices, partially filled, or missed entirely. Copying only runs while Mirror is open in your browser with your trading key available.
5. Fees
Mirror charges a fee on the notional value of orders placed through it, collected by Hyperliquid through its builder-fee mechanism at the rate you approve. The current rate and a worked example are on the fees page. Fees are charged whether your trades make or lose money, and are separate from Hyperliquid's own trading fees. We may change our rate with notice on the fees page, but never above the maximum you have approved.
6. Points and rebates
Points and any rebate estimates shown on the Earn page are promotional, have no cash value, and are not a promise of payment. Rebates are funded only from fees Mirror has actually collected and can never exceed the fees your wallet has paid. We may change, pause, or end the programme, and may disqualify wallets we believe are gaming it (for example with self-referrals, wash trading, or multiple accounts).
7. Risk
Trading perpetuals and spot assets is high risk and you can lose all of the funds in your account. Read the risk disclosure before using Mirror. Nothing on Mirror is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
8. Things you must not do
- Break any law or sanctions rule, or help anyone else do so.
- Manipulate markets, including pumping positions to exit into copiers.
- Attack, overload, scrape at abusive rates, or reverse engineer the service.
- Create fake accounts or referrals to farm points or rebates.
9. No warranty
Mirror is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any order will be placed, filled, or placed on time. Hyperliquid, wallet providers, and other third parties are outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Mirror is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid Mirror in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Stopping use
You can stop using Mirror at any time by stopping your copies and removing your trading key. We may suspend or end access for any wallet that breaks these terms. Because Mirror is non-custodial, your funds remain in your Hyperliquid account either way.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Mirror after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Mirror is established.
